aiko will release her new album "Saigo ni Atsui Hibi wo Kuruwashiki Omoi de" on October 21, marking her first original album in approximately two years.

The 13-track album will include previously released songs "Cinema," "Capsule," and "Cry High Fly," as well as the new song "Anata no Hana no Iro," which will serve as the opening theme for the second season of the anime Blue Box, to premiere on October 4.

On the new song, aiko said, "I think it became a song where, because I'm an adult now, I was able to put into words how I felt back then." A preview of the track can be heard in the anime's latest promotional video.

The album will be released in three editions, with the limited editions including footage from aiko's Love Like Pop vol.24.9 Countdown Live 2025-2026, held at Osaka-jo Hall last December.

Alongside the album announcement, aiko added two Nippon Budokan shows on February 17 and 18, 2027 to her nationwide Love Like Pop vol.26 tour.
