Aimer has launched her 15th anniversary project, "Aimer 15th Anniversary PROJECT 'NORANEKO,'" along with a special website.
As part of the project, Aimer will hold her first solo concert in approximately two years, titled Aimer Premium Concert 2026 'Sing like a Stray Cat' - hiss -, on November 3 at Yokohama BUNTAI. The concert will feature Aimer performing with only piano accompaniment, joined by pianist Kosuke Noma.
Aimer also announced that her eighth album will be released in early spring 2027. The currently untitled album will be self-produced by Aimer and consist entirely of previously unreleased songs.
In addition, Aimer has launched a new official fan club called "NIGHT OWLS." Its main visual was created by picture book artist Yoko Mori. The launch replaces Aimer's previous fan club, "Blanc et Noir," and members of NIGHT OWLS will have access to an advance ticket lottery for the upcoming concert.
The project comes shortly after Aimer announced the birth of her first child and the start of a new independent management structure with her husband, composer Masahiro Tobinai.
