RUKI, vocalist of visual kei rock band the GazettE, was rushed to the hospital on September 23 after experiencing impaired consciousness, the band announced through their official social media accounts.

RUKI underwent examinations and was kept under observation at a medical facility. He is currently hospitalized in order to rest and recover. Further details will be announced depending on his condition.

The band's management company, HERESY Inc., said that RUKI is currently focusing on his recovery under medical supervision and asked fans for their understanding and support.
