    It was revealed on the 18th that Japanese singer Amuro Namie donated 50 million yen (~$615,000 USD) to the Japanese Red Cross Society.   • NBS radio collects over 12 million yen for disaster relief

    Nippon Broadcasting System (aka NBS), a radio station in Tokyo, has revealed that as of March 18th, they've collected a total of around 12.1 million yen (~$149,000 USD) for disaster relief.
