    On February 9th, five Japanese actors with a promising future were honored at the '2012 Elan d'or Awards'. The five recipients were Hasegawa Hiroki, Anne, Inoue Mao, Kora Kengo, and Yoshitaka Yuriko.   • Which dramas do people want to leave behind for future generations?

    Hikari TV recently held a poll, where they asked 800 people split up according to age brackets on which drama they would like future generations to be able to watch. "JIN" topped the ranking for all age categories, and has been enjoying both high viewer ratings and great viewer expectations all season.     We told you back in January that Takeda Tetsuya's iconic drama "Kinpachi Sensei" will end its 32-year, 8-season run with a special drama.
