Johnny's & Associates have uploaded a video of Johnny's WEST onto their official YouTube channel as a part of 'Johnny's Smile Up! Project.'

In the video, the members appear in white t-shirts and challenge themselves to "waist training" exercises, which could be a possible solution to the lack of exercise due to the COVID-19 quarantine life.
