A few days ago, Johnny's & Associates started their new project 'AITSU' under the Johnny's Smile Up! Project. At this time, its concept movie has been uploaded onto digital signage nationwide, as well as Johnny's Smile Up! Project's SNS accounts.

An idea by Kimura Takuya, 'AITSU' was launched to put more effort into countermeasures against both COVID-19 and the flu. The hope is to raise awareness on countermeasures for infection control through a "thumbs up" character named AITSU. 

Apparently, AITSU is modeled after Kimura's right hand. On the project, he commented, "Through this project, I hope that we will be able to cheer on people who are doing their best. By continuing infection control measures, I hope to overcome these times with a smile."
