Takahashi Yu has revealed the music video for his new song "ever since." 

"ever since" was released as a digital single on April 16 and is the opening theme for TV Tokyo's drama 'Ikiru Toka Shinu Toka Chichioya Toka.' The video begins with Takahashi making a guest appearance on the radio program of the drama's original author Jane Su. When the song starts playing, you can see footage that Takahashi took of his father upon visiting his hometown in Akita.

Takahashi commented, "Upon making the MV for 'ever since,' I returned to Akita to film my father. I took the camera and started filming. I basically had no requests and just told him to be himself. I thought while I filmed. Is this my father at his natural state? Or is he trying to act cool in front of the camera? Has he always looked this way from before? Looking back, I don't think I've ever watched my father for so long in silence."
