Morning Musume.'26 has announced that Miyu Yasuda has joined the group as a new member after successfully passing the Hello! Project New Member Audition 2025.

Yasuda becomes the fourth member of the group's 18th generation, following the recent additions of Hello! Project Kenshuusei members Meisa Sugihara, Hanano Ishikawa, and Moa Suzuki.

Born on April 19, 2012, Yasuda is a 14-year-old second-year junior high school student from Oita Prefecture. She has been swimming for about eight years and says freestyle is her specialty.
