Season 2 of Netflix's reality series 'Love Joto' ('Badly in Love') will premiere exclusively on August 4, with new episodes being released over three weeks.

Produced by MEGUMI, the dating reality show follows men and women once feared as delinquents as they search for love. This season moves to Okinawa, where the cast will live together at the newly established "Love Supreme Marine Academy," overlooking the ocean.

The first season, released in December 2025, gained popularity both in Japan and overseas. It also won Best Reality & Variety at the 'Global OTT Awards 2026' in Busan.

MEGUMI and comedian Nagano will return as hosts, joined by Okinawa-born artist Awich, who will make her debut as a dating show MC.

"I joined as someone who could represent the harsh world of outlaws," Awich said.

MEGUMI praised Awich's ability to understand both the cast and their emotions, adding that her perspective will be especially valuable this season as the female contestants have particularly strong personalities.
