Ayaka and Koji Tamaki are teaming up for the first time in nearly four years on "Hanataba Janaku Kimi to Itai feat. Koji Tamaki," set for digital release on August 19.

This is a new version of the ballad "Hanataba Janaku Kimi to Itai," originally featured on Ayaka's 2025 album Wonder!, with Tamaki joining as a guest vocalist. The song features Ayaka and Tamaki's vocals accompanied by Satoru Shionoya on piano.

The collaboration will also be included on Ayaka's 20th anniversary best album, 20 Lights - The Collection -, that's slated for release on September 9.

The two last collaborated on "Beautiful World" in 2022, when Tamaki approached Ayaka about singing together. This time, Ayaka was the one who invited Tamaki to collaborate.
