Kazuya Kamenashi has made his first appearance as a solo artist on the YouTube channel THE FIRST TAKE, performing his song "Kizuna" in a special one-take recording.

Originally released in 2005, "Kizuna" served as an insert song for the second season of the popular NTV drama Gokusen, in which Kamenashi played Ryu Odagiri. Kamenashi also wrote the lyrics for the song, which was included as a coupling track on the CD single "Seishun Amigo."

Reflecting on the performance, Kamenashi shared that "Kizuna" is a song he first performed more than 20 years ago.

"Now, at 40 years old, I have the opportunity to share it with everyone through a one-take performance, so I gave it my all. I hope you'll listen to it," he commented.
