I’m not surprised, Jin has been wanting to expand in the American market..didn’t seem like he wanted to do that with KAT-TUN..kinda sucks cos he’s the “A” in the group’s name…but he was showing signs the he was uncomfortable back on the set of ‘D-motion’ etc..didn’t seem like they were cool with him anymore and he kinda acted conceited with them…

D: This is quite disappointing, but I saw it coming. Anywho, success to Jin here in the U.S., I would love to see more of him! Kat-tun, hope you guys are doing well. :) Ganbatte.

My favorite guy from Johnnys is leaving my favorite Johnnys group. Though i’m not that “speechless” or “distraught” because it kinda expected, still.. this is sad news. Sometimes i wish them to go back to their pre-debut days and feed my curiosities about them with full of happiness. I’ve been a fan of KAT-TUN since April 2001. Which also means that i’ve been a fan of these six lads since the very first existence of the group. I love you Jin, i really do and i really want you to keep on holding to that dream of yours but damn.. Hopefully Johnny-san will keep his words on supporting Bakanishi all the way until his very last breath. oh wait, that guy is not a baka anymore. His English is so good now no one can call him a baka no more.

I am just so shocked by this it is truly breaking my heart. KAT TUN was my first Jpop group and since then I have loved them. Also, Akanishi is my favorite member so this is something I am shocked by. I saw it coming but I don’t want him to go but if he is unhappy then I guess its time to let him go. (T_T)

Hmm, I think you guys who find this news so sad should rather support him even more instead of crying, since he’s just getting more and more successful and he is following his dream. I’m just happy the whole group isn’t disbanding~.

Like previous people have said i am not suprised also Every time i would see him with KAT-TUN he didn’t look happy. When he is with them now he isn’t the happy and funny guy like he was with them in the past. He is so quiet. When your not happy anymore it is time to move on, I know fans will not like it but they will have to accept it.

all I can say is that… i’m disappointed in JE…
this doesn’t have to happen. honestly, i like KAT-TUN but i’m not that big of a fan of Jin but really…. KAT-TUN loosing one of their only 2 vowels is going to be pretty significant.

look at the Wonder Girls: JYP is responsible for their success in the US not financially but with contributing to everything that helped them succeed. and their recent Korean comeback wasn’t a failure by any means.

Jin doesn’t have to leave. he could always rejoin the other members occasionally when his schedule allowed him to. and i’m sure fans wouldn’t mind him popping back in once in a while.

JE caused to happen. i think they just don’t know how to manage their artists efficiently. they’re just too used to being #1 right at debut that they don’t know how to work from the bottom up.

Kat-tun was what got me into japanese music. Although Jin isn’t exactly my favorite member, its a little sad. Whats kat-tun without its A, right? But, as long as theres no risk of kat-tun breaking up like johnny said, than I’m okay with it.

omg JE might actually do that. with previous groups whose names made up the group name, he’d replaced members just to keep up that name. remember ya-ya-yah? and kis-my-ft became ks-my-ft2? JE will definitely not let them go on as KTTUN >..<

when a member leaves a group it’s usually a huge thing with people crying and complaining about the change. But it’s weird how so many people are saying that “i wasn’t surprised” or “i saw that coming.” that says a lot about how we view KAT-TUN as a group. if it’s easy for us and the group to have KAT-TUN without Jin it makes you wonder, ‘what kind of group were they to begin with for it to end up like this?’ i too am not surprised and mainly disappointed in Johnny. Conquering America is not going to be as simple and effortless as it was for Jin in Japan…

like everyone else here… it isn’t much of a shocker. ever since his return with KAT-TUN after being in america, he seemed like he just wanted to do his own thing. i guess being solo is what he really wants and just expand in america (good luck with that one). it is sad to hear that KAT-TUN will become KT-TUN but i am so happy for JIN to maybe bring something new to audiences. i wish him luck~ hehe bakanishi xDDD

To be honest, I can’t see Jin “succeeding” in the US, but I’ll say good luck anyways. What happens if he fails and can’t go on anymore? Will he be a solo artist in Japan then? ’cause I guess after what mr Johnny said, it will be difficult for him to return to the group? I’m not saying he’s bad though, I like Jin.

It’s the first time that I don’t really feel much about a member leaving his own group… maybe like other said it wasn’t that surprising.. I think everyone kind of saw this coming..

On the making of No More Pain, the members seemed happier without Akanishi. I was really expecting this news earlier. I guess we all just need to give him some luck and hope fir the best, just like Jaebeom/Jay Park from 2pm. Although I happy that the members are happy, and seem to be themselves again.

I’m worried about Kame. There are still some hardcore Jin fans who REALLY dislike Kame, so much so that they shout mean things at him and point lasers at his eyes.. I hope he won’t attract any crazy angry fans from this. My heart goes out to the other members as well.

I’m not shocked; I’m actually.. content. I definitely would have enjoyed him if it wasn’t for his attitude. His attitude was the only thing that kept me from truly liking him. I caught myself really loving his part in ‘Love Yourself’. He adds a great touch to Kat-Tun’s music, but once again, the appearance was different. Everybody but him was in harmony. He conveyed this arrogant, snobby attitude.

He’s like that person in your group of friends who just decides to seriously change and find another place to hang. It just happens, and there’s not much you can do.

No one deserves the blame. It just happens. We should wish both parties well.

People like me are much happy to see Jin leave kattun because we know that that’s what his heart truly desires and a happy Jin is a more productive and a fun loving individual.
