J-rocker Miyavi has just announced that he has something special in store for his new "?TOUR in Tokyo 2010? Screaming Out from TOKYO" tour.� All twelve stops� from the live house tour will be streamed online for all fans of the singer to enjoy.
The tour is already gaining a lot of attention for the decision.� It started off as a simple live house show, but since every single performance will be filmed for online viewers it has turned into an unprecedented event.� Lots of singers are turning to the live streaming meathod to better connect with their fans and give overseas fans an opportunity to enjoy live performances, but Miyavi has certainly taken that to the next level.
Miyavi further surprised his fans by finally announcing the name of his new album, "WHAT IS MY NAME?"� The album will be released on October 13th and is the first album release from the rock star in over two years.� Miyavi will be featured on guitar and vocals and BOBO (Dr/54-71) will provide the drum accompaniment.� The album will be a mix of genres from rock to hip hop to dance music to make it a very unique release for Miyavi.
The limited edition of the album will come with a special tour DVD titled "NEO TOKYO SAMURAI BLACK WORLD TOUR vol.2" that will feature live footage from his Tokyo, Los Angeles, and New York shows and also a Miyavi Be@rbrick accessory.� The CD only version of the album will be sold at a special discounted price of 1980 yen (about 23 USD) until the end of December.
As previously announced, the first single off the album is called "TORTURE" and will be released September 15th.� The limited edition of the singles release will come with a CD bonus of the live events in Tokyo, Los Angeles, and New York.� Fans will have to buy both the album and single to get the audio and visual aspects of the concert tour.
