TM Revolution celebrates 15th anniversary with 15,000 fans

Japanese pop/rock singer T.M. Revolution, held a special single release event for his new single “Naked Arms/SWORD SUMMIT“, which also acted as a celebration for his 15th anniversary of his debut.  An amazing 15,000 fans showed up for the special event in Kanagawa.  T.M. Revolution said, “it was the 15th anniversary and 15,000 fans showed up for it, I thought that was great.  Thanks so much!”

T.M. Revolution has just put out his first single after a years absence.  The single has two a-sides; the song “Naked Arms” is being used as the theme to the Sengoku Basara 3 video game and the song “SWORD SUMMIT“, is the current opening for the Sengoku Basara Two anime.  The event was actually a collaboration with Basara as well, titled “T.M.R 15 vs. Sengoku Basara – NatsunoJin!”

At the event, TM Revolution tried to connect with his fans and also reminded them that he was on twitter (@TMR15).  He also announced his real 15th anniversary event; a special Budokan performance.  The 15th anniversary concerts will be a three day event starting on New Years Day in 2011.  This will be the first time TM Revolution has done an event at Budokan like this and the announcement of the concert made all the fans at the Basara event excited.

More details on his activities in 2011 are still unknown, but it is sure to be a great year for TM Revolution if he is kicking it off with such a big concert!
