�Kaibutsu-kun' DVD box set is now Japan�s best selling DVD for 2010.

From the figures released by the Oricon today, it was revealed that the drama starring Arashi�s Ohno Satoshi have beaten the US drama �24 season 7� box set that was previously no.1.

During the first week of sales for the �Kaibutsu-kun� drama DVD set, it already has sold more than 22,000 copies. It was really a close fight, as the US drama �24 Season 7� is only 300 copies behind.

�Kaibutsu-kun� follows the story of the �Monster Land prince Kaibutsu-kun� who got sent to the human world by the King for training. The story is based from the manga of the same title authored by Fujiko Fujio (Doraemon�s creator) in the 1960s. This manga has already been adapted into an anime back in 1968 and 1980.
