Music Station recently conducted a survey that asked who will be the "2nd Half Of The Year Breakout Artist", and the results were just recently released on their official website.

To the surprise of nobody, Shoujo Jidai (SNSD) topped the survey, but the rest of the results might introduce you to some good up and coming groups.
