One of this year's highly anticipated fall dramas, "Nagareboshi", starring Yutaka Takenouchi and Aya Ueto, debuted on Fuji TV on the 18th, with an average rating of 13.6% for the first episode. The average ratings, published by video researchers in the Kanto region, already show the modest following the drama might achieve in the upcoming weeks.
This rating is the highest that actor Yutaka Takenouchi has achieved in a drama in 9 years for an autumn drama, the last being "Dekichatta Kekkon" in 2001.
