Earlier today, talent agency Yoshimoto Creative Agency announced that popular comedian Komoto Junichi from the comedic duo Jicho Kacho will be taking a break due to health problems.
Komoto was hospitalized since October 6th due to Pancreatitis or the inflammation or infection of the pancreas. The doctor for the comedian stated that it will require about two months of hospitalization to recover fully and return to work. While Komoto is hospitalized, another comedian unit will replace Jicho Kacho in various shows. On October 17th's "LIVE STAND 2010 OSAKA" Jicho Kacho will be replaced with comedian unit "Peace."
