Leah Dizon allegedly headed for divorce
Singer and gravure idol Leah Dizon is set on getting a divorce. Friends of the singer and her husband (stylist) say that they’ve been separated since earlier this month, and there are no signs that the two will work things out.
Leah took their daughter, Mira, and left the house, and she is currently looking for consultation on retaining full custody of the daughter. They say the cause of the separation is the couple’s differences on parenting, household matters, and the main one for Leah, her husband’s busy schedule. Because he is a famous stylist, he is often away from home, leading no time to be with his family.
For those of you who don’t know, Leah Dizon is of French, American, Chinese, and Filipino ethnicity. She was born and raised in Las Vegas, got her start in the States as a car model, and slowly made her way into the J-pop scene as a gravure model, and then as an idol singer. That didn’t last long though, because one year after her debut, she announced her pregnancy and marriage to her stylist.
Leah has been slowly getting back into the business by doing as much work as possible. She appeared in the play “Hiroshima ni Banbaku wo Otosu Hi” in August, and also modeled at a major fashion show in September.
