It's a startling different character from what Fukuda's usual roles, but the actress said that she is very excited to take on the challenge and is preparing for the role by learning Chinese.
Her co-star, Matsushita Yuya, will be playing "Takeru", a daredevil boy with a rough demeanor. Although Matsushita has played in movies and on stage performances, this will be his first appearance in a drama series. Moreover, Matsushita will be singing for its theme song, "paradise", which will be released onFebruary2nd, 2011.
This sounds like a really intense drama - we can't wait to hear more about it!
