Arashi shines with their own special medley on the 61st Kohaku Uta Gassen

The 61st Kohaku Uta Gassen marks only the second time that Arashi has appeared at the event, and as hosts, they had special honors for 2010.

For their performance though, they performed their own “2010 Kohaku Original Medley” for everybody in attendance.

    xD anyone else noticed that aiba-chan is the only one wearing a ribbon!!! i mean..mah..who cares it’s cute and suits him….but why??? weren’t there enough neckties? my guess: they probably played janken and he lost…~
    performance greatly brought back fond memories of 2010, so arigatou gozaimasu to arashi and kanpai to another year with them ^^

    I was watching this live on my tv with my two noisy nieces and strangely when Arashi was performing,my nieces watched them with such intensity. Arashi ftw

    Arashi was so amazing earlier~ I loved their performance! :) They are one of the reasons why I liked the entire show! I will keep supporting Arashi this 2011 :)

    Arashi <3 Loved the performance but honestly I thought the medley would be longer and have different songs =/ I was expecting some old songs to pop up, like A.Ra.Shi. Oh well, anything Arashi does is <3 =p

    People saying that’s not enough Arashi, did you even watch the whole Kouhaku? They are the MC so they are there the WHOLE time how can that not be enough. You also get the anime character segment where Ohchan sings as Kaibutsu-kun, the hometown segment with Arashi singing “Furusato”, the theme song “Uta no Chikara”, Arashi’s performance and also the ending with the results. There IS a time limit for each performer and everyone only gets about 2-3 minutes unless they are veteran.

    Wish they would have performed Refrain xD That song is soo good and kinda underrated :( But I liked the performance a lot! And as @dunadan said, they were the host so we got to see them during the whole Kohaku… It would be greedy to ask for more >.<
