Singer Kiyoharu, vocalist of rock bands SADS and Kuroyume, revealed some exciting details about Kuroyume's impending return!

Kiyoharu's first band, Kuroyume, debuted in 1992 and went on hiatus seven years later, after which Kiyoharu decided to form the band 'SADS'. This band also went on hiatus in 2003, and Kiyoharu decided to continue with a solo career.

The singer had previously promised fans back in 2009 that both SADS and Kuroyume would be returning, but until recently, only SADS has been active. Well Kuroyume will finally break their hiatus on February 9th with a new single called�"Misery", the band's first single since the release of "MARIA" nearly 13 years ago.

Kiyoharu appeared as a guest on a Nico Nico Douga radio program called "Special Program:� Kuroyume Kiyoharu's Nico Radio," where he revealed that the band would be making a full comeback. "I've been friends with Toujou-san, as I call him, since just before our debut... but he's passed away. Since he loved how Kuroyume worked by 'steadily turn your back on the past,' I thought, 'If that's so, then let's revive (the band) and put out some new songs," said Kiyoharu of the band's return to the music industry. When asked about the new song, Kiyoharu confidently replied, "It's Kuroyume-like, but we - who've grown up and changed - are now writing our best songs."

When asked about Kuroyume's future plans, Kiyoharu revealed that the band would be adopting a fresh new sound. "I don't know what month or what year we'll be making our comeback this time, but when we do it, we want to show more updated version of us. We'd like to do digital rock," he replied.
