Kiritani Mirei to sing the theme song for her new movies

Model and actress Kiritani Mirei will be starring in two movies this summer, “Ranhansha” and “Snowflake”, and she will be making her singing debut by singing the theme song for both of these movies.
On February 27th, she will be performing the theme songs for the first time at “Girls Festival 2011” at C.C. Lemon Hall in Shibuya. Kiritani is known for being a charismatic model for “Seventeen” magazine, and she’s now trying to enter a new field as a singer.
In “Ranhansha”, Kiritani will be playing a pure high school student, and in “Snowflake” she will be playing a college student who heads to Tokyo to find work.
Kiritani is getting a lot of attention as a model, actress, and now as a singer, mainly because people are curious to know whether or not she will continue activities as a musician, and what kind of performances she will give.
