Music Japan announces guests for February 6th

The guest lineup for the February 6th episode of NHK’s “MUSIC JAPAN” have been announced.  This time around the performers will be jealkb, SCANDAL, s/mileage, Tohoshinki, and Yuzu, for a total of five artists.

Tohoshinki fans will be happy to see Changmin and Yunho return to the show after a long absence.  There will also be a studio live talk corner as well as Sekine Mari and Perfume darts game.  This will also be the first time in about six months that jealkb has appeared on the program.  They will be there to support their new album, “Invade,” which is due out on February 9th.

    Scandal has good vocal, but S/mileage? They’re just another typical J-idol, and their voice gives me headache…

    Yuzu is underrated…at least in the international jpop community.

    I agree about Yuzu, but some people are looking for S/mileage idols, and others who appreciate Yuzu will appreciate them no matter what. For some reason, pop wins no matter what, because there are inevitably more pop music fans than rock fans in the Japanese music scene. That’s probably why SCANDAL has less listeners than another female idol group. People just like the idol scene more, I guess.

    But oh my gosh, I got so excited about Yuzu’s and SCANDAL’s new songs. They are so good!!!
