Popular model�Jessica Michibata (26) had a commemoration event at a sports club for the release of her first exercise DVD, �JESSICA BODY DESIGN�. �At the event, she demonstrated 10 different types of exercises that will be found on the DVD.
Jessica is currently dating Formula One driver Jenson Button (31), and she said that he has influenced her to begin doing triathlons in order to become a complete athlete.
When asked if she had reached her ideal form, Jessica responded with determination, �Not yet. I want to be slender like a ballerina, but still have some muscles.�
