We previously posted that Japanese singer Shibasaki Kou will be joining American actor Keanu Reeves in the American adaptation of "47 Ronin".

It was recently announced that three other Japanese stars are also joining the cast: Sanada Hiroyuki (The Last Samurai, Rush Hour 3, Lost), Tadanobu Asano (Mongol, Ichi the Killer), and Academy Award nominee Kikuchi Rinko (Babel, Norwegian Wood).

Sanada will play outcast "Oishi", leader of the "47 Ronin", whom "Kai" (Reeves) will join. "Together they seek vengeance upon the treacherous overlord who killed their master and banished their kind. To restore honor to their homeland, the warriors embark upon a quest that challenges them with a series of trials that would destroy ordinary warriors."

Tadanobu will play the treacherous "Lord Kira", and Kikuchi is the mysterious lady "Mizuki", "who executes Kira�s every request in his search for ultimate power."

The movie is set to release in 3D on November 11th of 2012.
