00 – (almost) Everything about her

There’s nothing more to say. She’s just amazing the way she is.

    Those looks yummy…

I find it funny that acting is placed last…shows how important talent is these days for an actor/actress to attract fans…lolx…

She’s not THAT good as actress. I like her in comedies. She can pull that without too many problems and is funny. Outside of it… hrmmmmm… Right now I can’t remember anything “heavy” she did, because, apparently, if there was something, it didn’t leave an impression.

I think she has the same problem as Ueto Aya. Give them comedies, and they’ll do fine.Give them something heavier, and oivech. I will never forget Ueto in Azumi. The first was bad. The second abysmal. Her performance was 100% unimpressive in both. Ayase and Ueto are very similar there, IMO. They simply don’t have the aura and face for it. Compare with a Shibasaki or Kuriyama.

When Ueto tries to look mean or evil, I just want to pat her on the head and give her a cookie. Same with Ayase.

She was in the drama version of 世界の中心で、愛をさけぶ (Sekai no Chuushin de, Ai wo sakebu). I think of everything I’ve seen her in, that was the heaviest role yet.

I’ve only seen the movie and read the book. After the movie I couldn’t bring myself to tackle the drama. I mean, seriously, Shibasaki? And Nagasawa? Okay, Nagasawa isn’t THAT good either. Kou, however, was brilliant. Since then I think, if they ever make a movie version of “South of the border, west of the sun”, Kou has to be in it as Shimamoto.

Ayase is a very good actress. I blacklisted her before but after watching Jin, I thought she was exceptionally good in it. So I tried Ichi and Hotaru. I love Ichi as well as Hotaru dramas. For me, one charming aspect about her is her innocence. She’s like Ahotaru in real life. I find that adorable.

I only saw her in Mr. Brain and i thought she was cute :3
I really like her confused faces and smiles!

Well um.. the first time I’ve seen her was in Byakuyako and I thought she was really good.. (Actually because of that role I didn’t think she could do comedy ^^;;) She gave me a strong impression from Byakuyako. But she does seem to have a warm aura around her… It makes me wanna be around her ^^

First time I saw her, it was in Tatta Hitotsu no Koi (with Kame :3). I already thought then that her gentle image & way of speaking was really a charm of hers. Ayase Haruka always looked like the kind of nice girl everyone wouldn’t mind being friends with (:

Haha, I’d go for her clumsy character too :D
“As seen on TV” – Hotaru no Hikari(s) :P

……well… that’s one of the 2 things KFC is famous for… (They’re chicken and biscuits) because it’s part of Southern USA’s cuisine…. But I’m not sure where you are from, but yeah.. KFC in the States had biscuits since… well, forever ^^ (actually KFC makes the best buscuits in my opinion… sooo yummy)

I guess you’ve never seen Haruka Ayase in her more heavier roles. She does them perfectly.

If you’ve never seen her in heavier roles, why dismiss her? I dismissed her too at first as I first watched Hotaru, but then I watched her other roles and her acting blew me away.
