Which young actors & actresses are best fit for the roles of parents?

This upcoming season the public is going to see two young actors portraying the role of a parent for the first time in their careers. Nishikido Ryo (26) is going to be a father in “Inu wo Kau to Iu Koto” and Anne (24) is going to play a mother in “Namae wo Nakushita Megami“.

In a recent poll on the mobile portal goo/NTT DoCoMo they recently asked their users about which young actors and actresses, including those two, would best fit the role of a parent. A fresh and pure image doesn’t necessarily help when playing the role of a parent, so the people in question should also have somewhat of a warm, level-headed and reliable aura.

    Yeah he didn’t rank but I think Mokomichi Hayami looked awesome as a dad in Shinzanmono ^^ Some of the girls in the list already played moms in dramas ^^;; Too bad not many people cared too much about girls being mommys on this poll….. (compared to the guys…. numbers are a lot lower) but I guess you can tell which gender voted the most on this poll……… For a girl…. I would like to see a Hotatru/Ayase Haruka as a mom. Would be awesome!

    Ahaha. Mukai Osamu as a father? I can’t imagine it yet. He seriously does well with these polls though. His popularity is soaring. I want to see him be the lead male in a romance drama now. That would so make my day. I would love to see Eita play a father now that he is one, though. : )

    Well he’s 23…. lots of people are parents before that age ^^;;;; But Yuusuke always plays student rols so I’m waiting for him to break from that and play an actual adult
