New au CM starring Arashi

On April 15th, mobile phone brand, au began airing a new CM starring the boys of Arashi.  The new CM has the concept of “Japan begins to connect each other more”, and features each member’s solo shot.

The theme song for the CM is Arashi’s song “Boku ga Boku no Subete” which was one of the follow up songs of their 24th single “Beautiful days” (released in November 2008).

    I LOVE BOKU GA BOKU NO SUBETE <3 Arashi has such amazing songs <3 I absolutely hate it when people go "Oh but all their songs sound the same." They are in a certain genre, obviously they can't go and record a rock song now can they? -.- And in that genre, they do have different types of songs. Don't judge without even searching properly.
    LOL I love how everyone other than Jun looks as if they are giggling while thinking of someone they like xD Especially Aiba-chan xD Me likes <3 The CM is really nice <3 =]

(Not that I need tokyohive for any Arashi news since lj comms are just so much better but still xD) I guess we should start sending tips~ I think most of us just don’t bother. Plus, it’s not like the site’s full of the avid jpop lovers anyway. Most of them aren’t even here.

    Now that is being generalising! Arashi has never conform to a certain genre and they do have rock songs. Try listening to Jidai, Pikanchi, Right Back To You or more of their earlier works. It is just most people seem to associate them with “happy-rainbow pop” music nowadays.

    It’s not just their earlier works either.. even their latest album has many songs that aren’t strictly pop.. although to be quite honest they never completely lose themselves in any genre besides pop, and all their songs still seem to be pop-infused versions of different genres (like pop-rock, not just rock). Whatever though, Arashi is Arashi and that’s all..

    As self-proclaimed by Nino himself, his face alone is enough for him to get by on. Ohno’s close-up shot was the best though ^^ He always looks the most genuine to me.
