Rock band the pillows has announced that they will be providing the end theme song to the upcoming anime, "SKET DANCE"!

Their newest song "Comic Sonic" was written specifically for the anime, and will be released as a single on June 8th in both 'CD+DVD' and 'CD-only' versions. During one highly popular chapter of the original manga, the fictional rock band The Sketchbook covers the pillows' song "Funny Bunny" at a rock festival. After hearing about this, the pillows' vocalist Yamanaka Sawo consented to write "Comic Sonic" for the show.

French Kiss will also be lending their upcoming song "Kakkowarui I love you!" as the opening theme when the anime begins broadcasting on April 14th. The first run of each version of their single comes with an exclusive trading card of one of the members and an event ticket.
