Kosuga Tsuyoshi of rock band�cro-magnon was arrested on April 30th for possession of marijuana, violating Japan's Cannabis Control Law. Kosuga admitted to the police that he got the substance from an acquaintance at an event and was planning on smoking it.

Kosuga was caught at around 7:55AM on April 30th when he visited a convenience store in Fukuoka. An employee said that they noticed a plastic bag in his pocket and that after he left, the employee found the suspicious bag on the floor. He discovered that the bag contained marijuana, and he decided to report to the local authorities. After reviewing the camera footage, it did indeed prove that the bag was Kosuga's. He later returned to that same convenience store around 1:20PM where he was detained.

cro-magnon performed in the city the night before, and it's being surmised that Kosuga could have most likely gotten the drug from there.
