Mano Erina congratulated her fellow Hello! Project soloist Kikkawa Yuu on her recent solo debut through her official blog, showing the close bond that the two share as soloists.

"Today (May 11th) is the day of Kikkawa Yuu-chan's debut! Congrats~ I don't get to see her very easily, but the few times we do, we fellow soloists talk a bunch and consult each other," Mano wrote in her blog entry. She continued, "Kikkawa's too perfect, so there's not much I can say (lol) but... Please, don't let your smile or your free (spirit) change (????)?"

Fans were touched by her message, commenting, "Even Mano-chan supports you, Kikka," "Please do your best to help each other out as soloists!", and "Mano-chan is your manager tonight."
