Hello! Project has recently revealed that Morning Musume member Mitsui Aika has been diagnosed with a fractured left ankle.

She apparently complained of pain in the area after her May 8th appearance, but only after doctors took a look at it was the severity of the injury determined.

It is said that she will need to rest for 6-8 weeks, but like a trooper, she will still participate at events, but will be limited to non-physical activities for obvious reasons.

Hopefully she recovers quickly and without issue!
