Last week tokyohive reported that model and talent JOY (26) was discharged from the hospital after being there for three months due to tuberculosis.

On the 23rd, JOY attended a press conference to announce his return to the entertainment industry. The press warmly called out to him, �Welcome back~� and he smiled as he entered the stage responding with, �I�m here~�.

JOY�s skin color looks even more bright and beautiful than it did before he stopped activities. He commented on his slender physique, �I�ve always been thin, but I ended up losing 3~4kg and now I weigh 63kg (~139 lbs)�.

At first, JOY had symptoms typical of the flu: severe headaches and feeling sluggish. However, what everyone thought to be a one month stay at the hospital turned into an extended three month stay, �I kept my thoughts positive. It seems that I overworked myself and my immunity strength went down�.

The only person, besides people from JOY�s agency, to visit him was fellow model Yuji (23). Yuji is famous for getting mistaken as JOY and can easily be seen as a double of JOY. Some amusing things happened while JOY was hospitalized, he laughed, �I would get messages from my friends saying �Looks like you've returned, huh?�. He tricked the nation too�.

Yuji also was in attendance for the conference.
