On June 14th, it was revealed that model Yamada Yu (26) made an appearance at the opening ceremony of a new caf� chain, �Mother Leaf Tea Style�.

At this event, Yamada collaborated with the caf� on the promotion of their limited edition sweets, and even collaborated to make her own creative dessert, �OKINAWA Honey Waffle�.

She stated, �These sweets are really delicious. I was worried that some people might not like them because they are desserts that I personally like, but after hearing the positive comments from everyone, I am relieved to hear that everyone found them delicious.�

Yamada also added that if she gets another chance to make her own original sweets, she would like to use green tea flavors next time.

As we know, Yamada Yu and Oguri Shun (28) are in a relationship. So, as a play on words, one person from the crowd asked her if she would use chestnuts instead ("chestnut" in Japanese is "kuri", and part of Oguri Shun�s name has the same character as "chestnut"). She answered, laughing, �I love chestnuts.� The crowd continued to ask her if she liked small chestnuts (Oguri can mean small chestnut), and Yamada answered with a small smile, �Preferably, a normal sized one.�

The crowd continued to comment, and they said that she seemed really happy, so she remarked, �Really? Why? An ordinary chestnut never changes. I feel particularly so about the ups and downs.�

Furthermore, she was asked if they had any plans to marry soon. She answered, "Nothing as of yet." However, even with her answer of denials, it was obvious that she was overflowing with happiness from her facial expression.
