ever since JYJ left avex, their fans have gone insane hating on him.

Research my friend. AVEX was the one who turned around and wanted to change the contract a few months after they signed a new one! JYJ sensed a fish and cut ties. Matsuura has been badmouthing them ever since

thank god he left and I mean that for his own reputation and avexs….honestly reading his twitter comments sometimes he just kept on whining about so and so. I don’t feel bad about him leaving cause honestly at a position like his it should have been a locked twitter account…and haters come at every position in the entertainment business so Idk his problem…ofc jyj fans may have been a bit crazy, but I don’t blame them. He made questionable choices…

If you want to say anything concerning the situation between JYJ and Avex I suggest you do your research first. Do not presume just because of a couple of articles on Allkpop or Tokyohive that you know what is occurring. Go to actual Japanese news sites & Korean sites after that you can honestly say whom you think is in the right or wrong. 
Also JYJ fans aren’t the only ones who go “beserk” as you say. Most fans in K-pop fandoms (some J-pop too) do so, please don’t just state JYJ fans cause honestly that would be a horrible lie.

Research the situation more then you can give your honest opinion. If you don’t know what is occurring then please do not presume you do.

Jae wrote the song, he can say what he wants…honestly if the writer regardless of who owns the song disapproves a cover…I would stay far away from that song.

The copyrights still belong to Jaejoong. He composed Wasurenaide. He has rights as the creator of the song. It is registered in Japan as having been composed by Jaejoong.

Also, the courts have stated that no one company owns the TVXQ name or brand. It belongs to all five members still. That is why Jaejoong can have JYJ from THSK on his Twitter. 

I could care less what JYJ fans do. Just as long as they don’t claim to be Cassies or Bigeast. It just makes the current TVXQ/Tohoshinki looks bad. This thing isn’t even about HoMin. It’s between Max Matsuura and JYJ fans, don’t include Cassies. Besides, it’s about time JYJ get an official fanclub name. Weren’t JYJ fans wanting to be called Orion? What happened to that?

Cassiopeia and BigEast fans are just as much JYJ fans as they are 2TVXQ fans. Maybe not you, but I know very many who are. DNBN still call themselves Cassiopeia despite changing their stance to supporting JYJ only. Who do you think went to JYJ’s Charity Concert in Tokyo on May? The majority was BigEast.

One thing cannot be undermined though, Jaejoong’s popularity in Japan is no joke. So Matsuura should have had a care. Apparently not.

Yes we did. But then he and his company suddenly changed their minds just a few months after they signed a new contract with JYJ. Notably after a meeting with SM and after seeing the revenue JYJ brought in with their album, DVDs, and at Tokyo Dome. They wanted to change the contract. JYJ decided they didn’t want that and escaped from AVEX. Matsuura is a sore loser obviously. Blocking them from even holding a Charity concert for the earthquake disaster. For the GOOD of Japan. Immature.

Superstar is going to be a number one seller regardless of one tweet because bigeast (unfortunately) still believe 5 member TVXQ will come back one day.

I don’t really like this Matssurra guy myself, but from what I read of his tweets, I believe he hinted that the avex-look-alike logo on the guy’s picture isn’t really authentic? I don’t see a reason why he would downright lie about something like that, especially when it could be so easily proven. Long story short: Roy and AVEX were called out. He issued a statement that looked scripted saying that the Wasurenaide song was going to be scraped and would not be used without permission from Jaejoong. 
Fans protected the composer’s rights. But they had to actively go after them. Some ethics Max and his company have.

I really don’t know how much support Ayu has for them because a while back with some BS going on with avex and Max (I think before he was CEO or something?) something about him leaving and Ayu said she would leave with him too (of course avex wouldn’t like that…  Ayu brought in like 42% of avex revenue whatever it’s called thingy lol) But would she actually drop everything with avex for JYJ/Jaejoong…? maybe it is for the better that he closed his twitter. for a CEO of big company, he sure does and said things ridiculously. i mean even when he keep replying those tweets, ayumi keep telling him over n over n over again to stop tweeting… i mean, he is a ceo with so many famous artists in it. and i believe not all those artists’ fans agree with him, and maybe bashed him too, so why act so childish? and its not even proven those are JYJ fans who did it. since wasurenaide is THSK’s songs. fans have angry with avex n him since they keep making money out by selling JYJ stuff but also blocked them in the same time.and the i believe even people who arent JYJ fans will be mad too when u know ur fave artist creation remade/recover by other people without permission and properly credit the creator. moreover its wasurenaide. it DOES have big meaning for THSK and the fans. i dont say i agree with those harsh words. but not all fans are mature, all fandom have young fans in it. beside no matter how mature we are, we tend to said or do nasty things when we furious.

I´m gonna tell you for the 2nd time to see if you understand: generalizations by nature take the largest number of sth and state that there is a GENERAL pattern. And as every person with some intelligence knows, nothing is completely homogeneous, the fact that generalizations are not contemplating the minority is GIVEN. ..and you do know not everyone grasp ‘the obvious’ right? How some people comment on here and on AKP people seem to not think there’s other thoughts, ideas or anything else about something.  It’s not a given is someone doesn’t think the same, which is why I personally make it clear (or at least try to) that I’m either generalizing, or saying some, many, etc because it’s not the ‘obvious.’  It’s like saying to people to use common sense… not all sense is common… If it were so common many people wouldn’t be saying “blah needs to use common sense” so you know, things aren’t a given.

That is not true at all. Netizens, Korean Music Fans, are MUCH more well known for their notoriety WORLD WIDE…Most people I talk to don’t exactly have nice things to say about Kpop fans.. That, and Bieber fans- who are pretty crazy themselves.

Max is more focused on the business side dealing with financial aspects, positioning of organization, and strategizing marketing. I can probably guess that he has little to NOTHING to do with ANY of the artists signed to his label. I’m willing to bet he can’t even name all of them (although he may have met each one). His artists barely know about him. The closest thing is probably his SIGNATURE when his reps go and find new artists. 

Avex must have over 50,000 employees for god sakes. I’ve worked in a large corporation (roughly 2500 employees) and I can tell you that I’ve never seen even the VP or Chair/Director, let alone the President. The music artists don’t really work for Max. They work for people who work for other people who work for other people that work for Max.
It’s really not surprising that this happened, and he didn’t know about it.

I bet he doesn’t even know 10% of Ayu’s songs. Well, she does have over 100 songs though. The same can be said with this artist, he probably signed his contract but I doubt he was watching him in the studio when this song was made. How could he, when he has far more important things to do. If anything, as shown, he trusted that this guy’s manager would be making music, but no, even in THAT case, managers aren’t in the studio with their artists. Most of the time, it’s quite literally just the artist, and the producer.

Um, the man is a CEO.  This is not exactly professional behavior, and as the CEO of Avex, he must take some responsibility for what his artist in China has done.  He probably wasn’t involved in the recording process, but as the head of the company, he should have been prepared to hear some criticism, apologize quickly, and then just ignore the tweets. 
Though yes, some of the fans were quite stupid.  That doesn’t mean that all JYJ fans are stupid.

No but as the CEO he would know about a song being assigned to another artist because of the crediting rights and the copyright of the song itself that come with that. There’s a difference between COVERING a song and PLAGIARIZING a song. Yes, there have been times where Kpop plagiarized, but there have also been the times where they bought the rights to the song and legally released their own version. That’s not plagiarizing. Do you ever get any education?

As a person in a position of power, Matsuura-san should understand it is best to ignore negative comments of any kind.  It leads to an image-down if he should respond in any way, because any answer will be wrong.  Anyone angry enough to say anything about such a complicated matter in the first place is not there to talk about it rationally.  Nothing he said was particularly hurtful, this time, and I believe the other responses were much more immature.  ”I won’t stop until I get even for JYJ”? Sounds silly….

 Many hurtful things were said to Matsuura-san,  but I don’t really see comments from the fans saying that anything -they- said was out of line at all.  If they were also CEOs,  would it become immature too?That being said, fans really ought to calm down when it comes to JYJ or any other popular idol/group/etc.  There’s no reason to attack someone because they’re a public face, CEO or not.  There are other factors at work with these issues with Matsuura-san/avex, and the artists are far from powerless.  If Jaejoong wishes to do something about the issue with Ray Chou, let HIM deal with it instead, you know?

Max was the one who discovered Ayu and he has played a huge part in Ayu’s career.  They share a strong bond and always support one another.  There is no way Ayu will desert or threaten Max for JYJ sake.  Except for the JYJ drama, Max Matsuura is well known for being a very supportive CEO to all Avex artists.  He even signed an artist who was blackballed by the whole industry and Max has done a lot (threw out several hundred millions yen) in helping Komuro Tetsuya out of his legal problems.  He may be an immature middle-aged man when it comes to twitter but he is a brilliant music producer and a very important person in J-music industry.

A CEO is a person who controls the company, they delegate tasks (such as forming new bands or music, which then must be approved by the CEO), they oversee projects, build strategies, fire or hire people. Of course there are management teams to help deal with these, but unless he is an awful CEO, he would know at least something about this.

It’s not about knowing them or not knowing them, it’s about business and the duties of a CEO. He was unprofessional, and even more so if he honestly did not know about what was going on, because it’s his JOB to know what happens within his company, especially something as big as the debut of a new singer. That is what a CEO does, not have immature fights with fans online.
