On August 31st, popular idol group AKB48 ended their nationwide tour which involved 13 cities and 26 venues . Four teams of AKB48 individually went around the country for performances and this last performance featured Team B with Kashiwagi Yuki (20) and Watanabe Mayu (17). Kashiwagi said, �Let�s create wonderful summer memories,� and called out to the crowd and was nearly crying due to the conclusion of this nationwide tour.

Also on this day, the girls announced that on January of next year, they will hold the annual �AKB48 Request Hour Set List Best 100� and a new event called 'AKB48 Unit Matsuri' (temporary name).
