Fans were shocked to hear rumors going around of Perfume member A~chan dating another celebrity.

According to news leaked by gossip magazine Josei Seven, a certain female celebrity was seen going out late at night to eat and drink in the shopping district downtown, then taking a taxi to a residential area. After checking the narrow streets multiple times, the star headed towards a certain apartment belonging to ONE OK ROCK's vocalist, Moriuchi Takahiko (known as Taka). Shortly afterward, Taka returned home.

Although she has been disguising herself by putting her hair into a grey hat and wearing a white mask on her face, reporters are fairly sure that it is Nishiwaki Ayaka, known to fans as "A~chan" from the popular electropop idol group Perfume.

"I've been seeing A~chan a lot here, recently," said one resident of the neighborhood. "Since she's always wearing a hat and a mask to hide her face, she's actually quite conspicuous. It seems like she has a duplicate key, so she freely goes in and out alone whether it's early in the morning or late at night."

Another witness stated, "The two of them (work) at the same office and are close in age, so they get along very well. Both Taka and A~chan had long-term lovers, but broke up at around the same time. Because of that, they closed the distance between them and began visiting each others' houses in July."

When asked about the potential couple, their management was quite firm that the two aren't dating. "The two are close friends. We heard that on that day, Taka's throat was in bad shape so Nishiwaki brought him medicine. They're not in a relationship. She also does not have a duplicate key," was their response when asked by reporters to confirm the news.
