“Ikemen Desu Ne” to be made into a stage play!

On September 1st, it was revealed that TBS’s remake drama, “Ikemen Desu Ne (You’re Beautiful)” will be made into a Japanese theatrical stage play!

This play will focus on the adolescent story of four-member band, A.N. JELL. The four main cast members will be replaced by three Johnny’s Entertainment members and one actress for this play. Also, this upcoming play is set to start its performance at Akasaka ACT Theater on October 8th to the 20th and will continue to be held at Yokohama, Osaka, and Fukuoka venues as well.

Kis-My-Ft2’s Kitayama Hiromitsu (25), who will take on the role of the band leader Katsuragi Ren, said, “I believe I can make new grounds with this role,” and showed his ambition through his comment. Other cast members have been revealed to be Uchi Hiroki (24) as “Fujishiro Shu”, Kis-My-Ft2’s Miyata Toshiya (22) as Hongo Yuuki, Takahata Mitsuki (19) as Sakuraba Mio/Miko, and Mano Erina (20) as NANA.
