AKB48 stamps to go on sale
On October 31st, Japan Post announced that they would begin selling stamps of popular idol group AKB48.
The stamp sheets will be produced by order, and will be available in ‘Team A’, ‘Team B’, and ‘Team C’ sets. It will include 50 yen stamps of each member, and a postcard and letter set for a total of 5,700 yen (approximately $73 USD).
The post office online sites will start accepting applications starting November 8th. Meanwhile, these stamps will be available at the post office until January 6th, and delivery will begin on February 1st.
Furthermore, those who purchase the stamps will have a chance to win a postcard with the members’ autograph.
