AKB48’s Sashihara Rino to star in a drama for the first time
It was announced that AKB48 / Not yet member, Sashihara Rino will star in a new NTV drama titled “Muse no Kagami” for the first time.
This drama will be aired confined in the Kanto region, and Fukuda Yuichi (“Yuusha Yoshihiko no Bouken”, “33-pun Tantei”) will also take part in the direction of the drama. Sashihara will play a girl who seems to have nothing to recommend her, but after being discovered by an erstwhile great actor “Okita Ryu”, she starts growing, and awaking as an actress.
Sashihara commented, “To star in drama series for the first time, I feel full of anxiety about my acting, but I will try my best so that I wouldn’t have to bother my co-stars. I’m looking forward to see how the world of Fukuda-san will come out!!!”
“Muse no Kagami” will start airing on January 14th (every Saturday at 1:55 am ~ 2:10 am).
