Watarirouka Hashiritai 7 to sing for “Crayon Shin-chan” movie + voice act for TV anime version

Watarirouka Hashiritai 7 will be singing the theme song for upcoming anime film “Eiga Crayon Shin-chan Arashi wo Yobu! Ora to Uchuu no Princess,” which is scheduled for released on April 14th.  This will be the 20th movie of the “Crayon Shin-chan” series, and centered around “Himawari”, the younger sister of “Shinnosuke”. It will be a story about “family bond.”

Since their song “Kibou Sanmyaku” is currently being used as the opening theme song for the TV anime version of “Crayon Shin-chan”, this will be the second time for the group to sing for this anime.

Member Watanabe Mayu commented happily, “I was happy enough that we were able to sing the theme song for the TV anime version, but I can’t believe we can also sing the theme song for their 20th movie!!  I would like to liven up the 20th anniversary movie.”

It was also revealed that the members of Watarirouka Hashiritai 7 will voice act for the TV anime version for the first time.  The girls’ appearance will be during the first half of the episode, “Uchuu Kazoku Nohara Dazo,“ which will be aired on March 9th, and the second half which will be aired on the 16th.  The episode will take place at “Warota Planet”, and the members will appear as “Warota Seijin.”
