SCANDAL has just revealed the track list, covers, and new promotional photos for their upcoming single "Taiyou Scandalous"!

As tokyohive previously reported, the single was produced by NAOTO of ORANGE RANGE and is currently slated for release on July 11th. It has been revealed that for the coupling tracks of their latest single, SCANDAL will be splitting into two units.

The HARUNA and RINA unit "Almond Crush" sing the B-side "Koi no Hajimari wa Diet" on the 'Special Unit Version A' edition of the single, while MAMI and TOMOMI will team up as "Dobondobondo" for the song "Cherry Jam" on the 'Special Unit Version B' edition. The 'Special Band Version' of the single will contain the KBC Mizu to Midori no Campaign theme song "Welcome home".

Almond Crush's "Koi no Hajimari wa Diet" was produced by the famous RAM RIDER, while Dobondobondo's "Cherry Jam" was produced by SCHA DARA PARR's ANI. This marks a drastic change for SCANDAL, who has been solely a girl rock band up until this point.

The song will be played in full on the radio for the first time on June 4th on FM Osaka's "Atsumare! MUSIC COASTER". In the meantime, check out the cover, track lists, and promotional photos below!
