DIR EN GREY has announced that they will be releasing a new single titled "Rinkaku"! They have also announced that they will be holding a live concert on December 25th at Tokyo International Forum.

The other day, a mysterious countdown appeared on DIR EN GREY's official website, indicating that the band has great things in store for their fans. At this time, they've revealed their latest information along with a new artist photo.

Not much is known about the new single, but it's scheduled for release this winter. Since this will be their first release since "DUM SPIRO SPERO", a lot of attention has been directed at its sounds.

Meanwhile, their upcoming live has been named 'TOUR 2012 IN SITU', hinting that it will be a part of a tour. Details on this concert and the single will be announced at a later date.

Furthermore, DIR EN GREY will be distributing a 24-hour program called 'DIR EN GREY CHANNEL 24HOURS' via Nico Nico Namahousou on August 11th from 10:00 pm JST. The program will feature live footage and video clips as well as footage from their regular show, 'DIR EN GREY�Boo CHANNEL'.
