LUNA SEA and X JAPAN's guitarist SUGIZO revealed through his official Twitter that he has fractured his ankle.

On the night of September 13th, SUGIZO tweeted, "It's the day before my live and I really sprained my ankle!!", and visited the hospital right after his rehearsals. Then before dawn on the 14th, SUGIZO followed up with a tweet saying, "I'm sorry everyone. My tour starts tomorrow, but my ankle, it was fractured... (T_T) that explains why it was so painful...

SUGIZO held a fan club event on the 14th, and will be kicking off his tour in Osaka on the 16th. He will also hold 'SUGIZO GIG 2012 ASCENSION to The CONSCIENTIA' at Akasaka BLITZ on the 17th.

In response to fans' concerned replies, SUGIZO commented, "I will hold my lives, without a doubt. I will give it my all during my tour... But my movements may be a little slower than usual (/ _ ; ) I'm sorry..."

Around noon on the 14th, SUGIZO tweeted, "I'm taking painkillers so I'm doing okay right now. There's a fan club gig today. I'm in this kind of condition, but the time I get to spend with everybody is priceless. I'm looking forward to it..."
