The autobiography �Rebel Life�, which was released last week, is the autobiography of actress Sugimoto Aya. In this book, she reveals a lot about herself, including her attempts to take her own life when she was 15.

Her marriage, her divorce and other personal matters that moulded who Sugimoto is today will be discussed in the book. During the launch of the book she said that it took her a lot of courage to disclose everything about herself.

�Even if that�s the case, disclosing everything made me realize my weaknesses and it felt like a burden has been lifted off my shoulders.�

When the press asked about her suicide attempt, she said only one thing, �You�ll have to read the book�.
