The winner announcement and awarding ceremony for "The 39th Best Dresser Award," which is organized by The Mes's Fashion Unity, was held on November 25th. �Sawamura Ikki, Takei Emi and�Sugimoto Aya were chosen as the winners of this years best dressers in the entertainment industry field. �Takei Emi (16) is the youngest winner of the�award�in its history.
