Tokyo's Midtown Hall hosted the awards ceremony for the "Chart Awards" and "Artist Awards" from the "The 2nd Billboard JAPAN MUSIC AWARD 2010" on�February�6th.

To recap, the winner of the "Artist Award" was publicly chosen by votes submitted through cell phones or online from the nominees list announced last year.

So who won the top honor of the night? For the second consecutive year in a row, EXILE was chosen to be Billboard JAPAN's "Artist of the Year"!
