On August 24th, talento Kanda Uno held a presentation event for her wedding dress brand's new collection, "UNO et L�ETOILE", during which she talked about her pregnancy. Kanda, who is eight months pregnant,�put her hands on her stomach and said, "I talk about many things to the baby. I say things like, 'Kouno-chan, how are you?'." She then went on to reveal, "It's a girl."

Kanda shared a story about her pregnant life, saying, "When I recently wore a dress, I wore a maternity size 11. Not only my stomach, but everything grew; I gained 14 kg (30.8 lbs). I rarely had morning sickness, I always had a good appetite." Regarding her child's name, she said, "I haven't decided yet. With the flow of 'Uno'. I'm thinking about something that can come from 'Kanda Uno'. Until she is born, I'll call her 'Kouno'."

"UNO et L�ETOILE" is the second line in Kanda's wedding dress brand, "Scena D�uno". It targets women in their 20's with the concept of presenting fashion that is cute, girly, and fresh. For this event, four white dresses in three styles, and 18 colored dresses in eight styles were presented. Talento Kinoshita Yukina was chosen as the image model, and appeared on the stage in a white dress.
